Every once in a while we need a tune-up. For returning families, follow up support includes:
30-minute call to answer your sleep questions
2 support emails to be used within one month of the call
This is for families looking for 1-1 sleep guidance with light follow up support. This support includes:
Review of your intake form
1 hour virtual consultant
Next Steps email covering everything we discussed
Two days of unlimited text OR email support and sleep log reviews
You have tried everything and you’re at the end of your rope. You need a plan specially designed for you and your child, and you would like my daily support and guidance as questions arise. Here’s what this package includes:
A 1 hour phone call where we review your intake form, discuss your sleep goals, and come up with a plan that you will be comfortable implementing. Talking together raises the confidence level of parents and leaves them feeling empowered to be able to make positive changes.
A customized sleep plan that maps out exactly what you will need to do in order to reach your sleep goals (given within 48 hours of our talk)
2 follow-up phone calls (20 minutes each) to ask additional questions and get encouragement.
Daily email exchange (8am-8pm EST) for two weeks once you begin implementing your plan.
Daily Sleep Log reviews for tracking progress.
Tips for future transitions, milestones, and travel.
